I Run on Coffee

It’s been a long couple of weeks for me. As a result, I couldn’t wake for a run this morning.. in fact I wasn’t really awake until I had the strongest brew there was available at the coffee place. It then got hot, dusty and smoggy later in the day, rendering any outdoor activities a health risk.

I did, however, manage to find a few minutes to do a bit more ink drawing and cut-and-paste to come up with the Coffee Addict’s ‘coat of arms’. (I always say it’s not an addiction, but everyone tells me I’m fooling myself, so I might as well own up!)

So here’s my tribute to coffee that – I’ve just realised – doesn’t actually say ‘coffee’. I’m still happy with it as there’s flexibility now – so if Arabica’s not quite your game, just insert the name of your favourite elixir! 🙂

PS. All you coffee lovers out there may find this article in Runner’s World on coffee for runners a nice pick-me-up.
